Kochi : The High Court will today consider Crime Branch plea seeking that actor Dileep’s bail in the actress assault case of 2017 be cancelled.
The Crime Branch submitted to court that the Ernakulam Additional Sessions Court did not give due consideration to the voice recordings while ruling against cancellation of the actor’s bail and called the rejection a perversion of justice.
The Crime Branch stated how Dileep had violated bail terms and went on to influence witnesses.
