Car major Tata Motors has unveiled its new and compact SUV – the Tata Punch.
Sporting spacious interiors the SUV boasts of stunning design and premium make. Tata Punch has split headlights as in Tata Harrier, with LED DRLs in the upper section and halogen projector headlamp in the lower one. The car has dual-tone bumpers, fog lights, 16-inch dual-tone allow rims, C-pillar mounted rear door hanles, and a 90-degree opening doors, and LED-tail lights.
Tata Punch has a 1.2 litre engine, naturally aspirated, three cylind Revoltron petrol engine capacitated for 86PS and 113 NM of torque at 3.300 rmp. The engine will come paired with either a five-speed manual or an automatic transmission.
The Tata Punch offers vour variants – Pure, Adventure, Accomplished and Creative.
Other features include dual air bags, ABS with EBD, rear parking sensors, seat belt reminder system, speed warning system, brake sway control, reverse parking camera and a tyre puncture repair kit.
It will contest with peer makes such as Mahindra KUV100 and Marutu Suzuki Ignis as well as uproming Hyundai Casper. Prices start from Rs 5 lakh and top-end model will exceed Rs 8 lakh. Booking commences from Rs 21,000.
