1 Dies, 2 Critical After Car Students Were Traveling By Crashes While Overtaking

Muvattupuzha : A car ride turns deadly in Kottayam’s Muvvattupuzha, where one student died and 2 remain critical after the vehicle veered out of control and crashed. The deceased is identified as Puthencruz native Ayush Bobby(20).

There were six students in all of whom, NR Vishnu and Ashwaq Ahmed remains in critical condition at Kolenchery Medical College hospital. The remaining three - Arun Dinesh, Fasl Rehman and Stephin Wilson are at Nirmala hospital in Muvvattupuzha.

The accident took place near Nirmala Hospital along Thodupuzha Muvattupuzha highway early this morning. The driver was trying to overtake another car, when the vehicle veered off the road and plunged into a low-lying field six feet below.
