Parashala : ABVP gang brutally attacked SFI workers in Dhanuvachhapuram . The SFI unit General Secretary and second-year machinist stugent at Dhanavachapuram Govt ITI Sarath, and , Dhanesh, a unit secretary and a fitter trade student victims to the brutal attack. The incident took place near Dhanuvachhapuram Chempara Junction at 9.30 am on Friday.
Sarath and Dhanesh, were ambushed by a 15-member ABVP gang as the boys walked up to the ITI. The gang had come armed with deadly weapons and Sarath sustained critical wounds on his head and legs. After being first attended Neyyatinkara Govt, Sarath was shifted to Thiruvananthapuram Medical College Hospital.The local ABVP gang is trying to ruin peaceful atmosphere existing in the region, a goal they are being helped with by BJP-RSS men from outside.
The SFI Area Committee demanded the arrest of the ABVP suspects responsible for the attack. To protest the violence, SFI took out demonstration from Dhanuvachapuram to Udiyankulangara.
