Kochi : Dileep today petitioned the High Court to prevent officials from re-investigating the actress assault case dating back 2017. In the case, the actor is accused of hiring a gang that sexually molested a popular actress and captured visuals of it t on a mobile. Dileep urged that court dismiss the police report seeking continued investigation and further expedite the ongoing trial.
Meanwhile, the High Court is slated to deliver its ruling on Dileep’s plea for anticipatory bail in the conspiracy case that accuses him of plotting to kill lead investigator in the actress assault case.
