Kochi : The High Court on Monday upheld government’s appointment of Administrator at State Co-op Agriculture and Rural Development Bank as appropriate.
Given that General Body passed the no-confidence motion against incumbent Executive Committee, the governmental intervention cannot be viewed as flawed, observed Justices PB Suresh Kumar and SS Sudha.
With this, UDF loses its decodes-hold grip on the bank.
