Kochi :M K Sanu filed a plea with High Court on Tuesday seeking disqualification of SNDP Yogam’s current office bearers including Vellapally Natesan. Though registered under the Company’s Act, SNDP Yogam has never filed its accounts or related details with the authorities, the plea pointed out. All members on the Yogam Board should therefore be disqualified, the petitioner said.
An administrator should be appointed for smooth conduct of day-to-day affairs of the enterprise and the current situation being in violation of laws, Vellapally, the Vice President Thushar Vellapally and Devaswom Secreatary Arayakandi should be barred from continuing in office, the petition further urges.
Though the matter was brought to the notice of the government, no response has been forthcoming this far, said Sanu in his plea.
