Idukki : An engineering student from Al Azar College in Idukki’s Thodupuzha was found hanging in a nearby private hostel. The deceased student was identified as Pathnapuram native Arun Raj. The death is believed to have occurred 2 days back.
Arun was the sole inmate in the room. The incident came to light after a foul odour from the room arouse suspicion. From preliminary findings, the death is considered a suicide.
Police have begun investigations into what’s registered as unnatural death.
