Alappuzha : CPI(M) District Sammelanam in Alappuzha commenced today, venued at Kanichukulangara Vocational Higher Secondary School in M.A. Aliyar Nagar. The premise has been specially arranged for to comply with Covid safeguards.
Registration for delegates began 9 am followed by floral offerings marking commencement of the conclave. Politburo member MA Baby lit the ceremonial lamp. State Committee member G Sudhakaran unfurled the flag. Politburo member S. Ramachandra Pillai inaugurated the congregation.
