Mankomb : A teacher seemingly drowned to death in a tragic accident Monday morning. Police believe KA Sunu(53) walked to her backyard of her home to wash utensils when she accidentally slipped and fell into the river below.
Sunu’s husband, Kodumthaayil Thomas, and children found her missing in the morning. Though they and neighbours searched around there was no sign of her. The police then informed of Sunu’s body found down the river close to Thayankari boat jetty. Children : Robin Thomas, Kesio, Elizabeth John.
Sonu worked as teacher in Chettipurakal school in Thalevady.
