Thiruvananthapuram : AK Antony’s son and BJP leader, Anil Antony, continues to defend soldier Shine Kumar’s tale despite latter’s claim of being abducted and assaulted by Popular Front activists, turning out to be hoax.
Responding to the incident Antony said “An Indian soldier was abducted by some people, his hands tied and letters ‘PFI’ painted on his back. This is currently the shocking incident from Kerala. The saddening things is that not a single CPI(M) leader has reacted to the incident.”
The public is widely aware the story of being fabricated and conspiracy of which points to BJP. Not withstanding this, Anil Antony continues to brag defense for soldier’s story and worded his support the X Platform.
Backdrop : Shine Kumar - a Chanaprara native resideing at BS Nivas and soldier with Jaisalmer 751 Field Workshop in Rajasthan, lodged complaint with police that a gang abducted him, after which they tortured and branded him with letters “PFI” on his back.
