Kochi : With near--daily hike of petrol and diesel prices comes another blow to public - the commercial LPG price has been upped by Rs 256 per climbing cost for one LPG cylinder in Kochi to Rs 2256.
Commercial LPG has been slapped with an increase of Rs 530 per cylinder over the past five months.
CNG that cost rs 75 per kilo up to now will cost Rs 80 here on. Petrol and diesel meanwhile exceeded the Rs 100 – mark for some time now helped by the Centre’s non-stop hiking spree. The Centre paused its hike spree briefly in caution over polls in five states. With polls put behind, the govt quickly returned to upping tax on fuels and pushing petrol, diesel and LPG almost every day.
