Kochi : Visuals are out showing KPCC President K Sudhakaran’s confidante and Youth Congress leader, Ebin Abraham, attempting to influence the complainant to have his master off the hook in the antique fraud case.
In the footage, Ebin meets up with Thrissur native Anoop Muhammad and a Kozhikode native MT Shemir on 3 Nov 2021. The location is lobby of Vytilla’s Emerald Hotel. The meeting was fixed after several calls placed on WhatsApp to Shemir. In the course of meeting, Ebin promises to pay just anything to have K Sudhakaran’s name removed from the complaint. Shemir is offered construction works in Lakshadweep on regular basis, if he backtracks on his allegations against Sudhakaran. However, Anoop and Shemir are seen rejecting the lures.
Incidentally, Ebin also tried similar ploy with Monson’s driver Ajith - a key witness in the case.
