Adoor : Around 20 members from Congress and BJP combined quit their parties to join CPI(M) in Adoor’s Erath Panchayat. They were reportedly frustrated with anti-public style of functioning within the party merely for political gains.
CPI(M) District Secretary KP Udhayabanu garlanded the new members with red festoons. Present on the occassion were District Committee member TD Baiju, Area Secretary Adv S Manoj, KASKTU District Secretary C Radhakrishnan, K Prasanan, D JaykumarN Nalinakhsan, K Balakrishnan Anil Puthukuzhy, Ajith Kumar and Roy.
