Thiruvananthapuram : BJP’s home visits, to list Modi govt achievements, turn out to be farce after Party workers were left unable to answers questions put up by households.
Most homes asked “What has Modi done for common man?”. Equally tricky were their other questions namely, cooking gas prices, petrol and diesel costs, cutting ration and deliberate neglect of Kerala. BJP workers witnessed role reversal at many homes, with members of family trying to enlighten them how Narendra Modi has done nothing for Kerala in these nine years.
BJP workers presented Vande Bharat and Highway development as star achievement, but soon hit roadblock when told in turn about State Government crucial role in highway development.
At several places, people resisted Party workers’ attempt to stick pictures of Modi, JP Nadda and K Surendran on house walls. That attempt in the end was confined to only homes of BJP workers.
