Kerala is an investment-friendly state. The Centre is vengeful of Kerala. The Centre denied the state of its due share of borrowing. There is 780 crore rupees in arrears due to Kerala. And, when Centre proclaims it will settle the dues, there is no justification for its callousness, said CM.
The Reserve Bank has itself noted that wages paid in Kerala are the highest in the country, said CM.
