Kochi : The High Court on Wednesday dismissed Congress leader RS Sasikumar’s appeal against the Chief Minister and 18 ministers for what he alleged was misallocation of Chief Miiister’s Disaster Relief Fund(CMDTF). The Court in its ruling endorsed the Single Bench Order of upholding the Lok Ayukta decision to refer the matter to its Full Bench while Sasikumar sought to overturn that ruling.
Sasikumar’s plea was rejected on grounds that there wasn’t sufficient reason warranting a court intervention. The petition was dismissed by Bench comprising Chief Justice AJ Desai and Justice VG Arun.
