Kochi  : The High Court sought government stand on bail plea of the 3rd accused in the attack on Chief Minister  on board Kannur - Thiruvananthapuram flight on 13 June. The 3rd accused, Sujith Narayanan, said he had no role in the incident.

Sujith’s plea : On the 13th, when flight landed in Thiruvananthapuram, two occupants of the row in front of me started to shout slogans. I didn’t quite make out what they shouted. I saw EP Jayrarajan push two persons to the floor. Like rest of the passengers I made my exit through the terminal. Allegations stated in the FIR are baseless. I request for bail in the case.
