Thiruvananthapuram : The sector wise assessment meeting chaired by Chief Minister will commence on 26 September in the capital The meeting, that will see attendance of various ministers, is being held with aim to make fruits of governance accessible to still more members of the public, ensure project completions in time, resolve problems faced within various districts and step up pace of developmental activities.
The first meeting would be held in Thiruvananthapuram. Assessment of projects and various schemes shall be held starting 9:30 am morning up to 1:30 pm. Thereafter, police officers shall form part of the meeting that will evaluate law and order situation for the districts on hand. The 26 Sept meeting h will cover assessments for districts of Thiruvananthapuram, Kollam and Pathanamthitta. The meeting is venued at Jimmy George Indoor Stadium in the city.
In similar fashion, assessment meeting for Palakkad, Malappuram and Thrissur districts shall be held on 29th Sept at East fort Lourdes Church Hall. Assessment meeting for districts of Ernakulam, Idukki, Alappuzha and Kottayam shall be held at Bolgatty palace on 3rd of Oct in Ernakulam.
Review meeting for Kasaragod, Kannur, Wayanad and Kozhikode districts would be held at Marina Convention Centre on the 5 Oct in Kozhikode. The Collectors have been informed to oversee activities relating to conduct of these crucial assessment meetings.
