Thiruvananthapuram : Lok Ayukta dismissed petition seeking it to review the decision of leaving CMDRF case to 3-member Full Bench. The Full Bench is slated to consider the case at 2.30
The Upa- Lok Ayukta jibed at the petition saying it is a historical kind of plea, adding that, grounds stated in the petition can’s be maintained under law.
