Kochi : Arrest warrant has been issued against V4 Kochi leader Nipun Cherian for repeated failure to appear before court despite notices.
The court had sounded ultimatum to come before it by Tuesday. That having gone unheeded, the court issued non-bailable warrant for his arrest on contempt grounds.
