Alappuzha Forensic results on testing of CCTVs fitted at police quarters is expected to arrive soon, said investigators looking into the suicide of a cop’s wife who ended her life after killing her children. The forensic examiners are also trying to retrieve images deliberately deleted
The case revolves around Civil Police Officer(CPO), Renees, attached to Alappuzha Medical College Head Post whose wife Najal(27) hanged herself after killing their children Tipu Sultan(5) and one-and-half year daughter Mallala.
Expecting to know events in buildup to the tragedy, the CCTV fitted at the quarters has been sent to Forensic Lab in Thripunithura.
