The new infections today include 53 cases pertaining to travelers from states outside and 69 health workers. The testing positivity rate today figured at 8.52 %. Also 1 returnee from UK was diagnosed with covid in the past 24 hours taking the UK-oriented caseload so far to 55.
Deaths: There were 25 covid deaths confirmed during the day raising the toll so far to 3347.
