Assembly Election 2021 : CPI Announces Candidates For 21 Constituencies

Thiruvananthapuram : CPI on Tuesday declared  candidates for 21 constituencies for the upcoming Assembly election. The State Secretary Kanam Rajendran made the announcement post the State Council meeting in the day. CPI will contest for 25 seats in all.

Set to entering the fray are :

GR Anil(Nedumangad), PS Supal(Punalur), GS Jaylal(Chathanoorcr),  CK Asha(Vaikom),   Muhammad Muhaseen(Pattambi),   Chittayam Gopalkumar(Adoor), EK Vijayan(Nadapuram),   R Ramachandran(Karungapally),  V Sasi(Chirakankeezh),  K Rajan(Ollur),  P Prasad(Cherthala),  Eldo Abraham(Muvattupuzha),  P Balachandran(Thrissur),  VR Sunil(Kodungallur),  ET Tyson Master(Kaipumangalam),  EK Vijayan(Nadapuram),  E Chandrasekaran(Kanhangad),  KT Abdulrehman(Ernad),  Vazhoor Soman(Peerumedu),  Ajith Kolladi(Thirurangadi),  KP Suresh Raj(Mannarcaud) and  P Abdul Nasar(Manjeri).

CPI will field candidates for a total of 25 constituencies, of which, nominees for 21 have been finalised by the State Council. Candidates for the remaining four - Chadayamangalam, Harippad, Paravur and Sattika -   will be announced tomorrow.
