Thrissur: Justice PT Prakashan at the Chief Judicial court in Thrissur summoned Anil Akkara to appear for the hearing on derogatory propaganda he allegedly carried out against Minister AC Moideen with regard to housing project in Wadakanchery.
AC Moideen in his petition pointed out that malicious propaganda carried out by Anil Akkara via television and newspapers harmed his repute apart from causing personal agony. Also required to appear along side Akkara on 2rd February are TV channel crew who aired the derogatory content.
