Drama Troupe Vehicle Fined Rs 24,000; Shall Take Action If Found Unlawful, Assures AK Balan

THIRUVANANTHAPURAM : A vehicle, owned by Aluva Drama Samiti, was fined over the size of its hoarding, which the Motor Vehicle staff clamed was bigger than permissible limit .

If there is any wrong doing found on part of Motor Vehicles personnel, in connection with Rs 24,000 penalty imposed on the Drama Troupe vehicle, strict action shall follow, assured Minister for Culture AK Balan.

The matter has been brought to the notice of Transport Minister, he added.
