Kochi : Border points around Ernakulam district shall be sealed late night today, informed Aluva Rural SP, K. Kartik. There will be strict vigil in containment zones in the district, There will be no leniency on violations and strict action will be taken against those found outdoors without adequate reason. People visiting essential shops should not flock to form crowd, the SP added
