Kochi : The High Court on Thursday said it finds government initiatives and arrangements toward online classes in the state satisfactory. The court wound up the case after recording government report in the matter and ruled that anyone with complaints could approach authorities for redressal.
The Division Bench, comprising Chief Justice S Manikumar and Justice Shaji P Chali , was hearing a plea from Kasaragod, Vellrakand native C Cici Girija and others, alleging that scores of students were left outside the e-learning forum and that government was yet to make arrangements to have everyone into the network.
The government caters to 412 lakh students across the state via online classes through KITE Victers channel and other online platform, since the e-learning programme titled “First Bell” took off on 15 June. The government informed the court that e-learning arrangements were made accessible for all students in the state.
