Thripunithura : Freedom fighter and Paliyam satyagraha activist CR Verma has died aged 95. He was CPI(M) party member at Kottakakam branch in Thripunithura. Th body will be laid for homage at home Tuesday morning and then at Layam Koothambalam,
The body will be then be handed over to Medical College.
Wife : Late Bharathi Namboothiri. Children : Radhika Verma(Retd South Indian Bank), Ramesh Verma(Ret. Teacher Kaladi University), Late Rajeev Verma(Deshabhimani Accounts Manager). Children-in-law : Nandakumar Verma, shanti Verma, Geeta Verma.
