Thiruvananthauram : The Cabinet meeting on Wednesday approved Kerala Industrial Policy for 2023 . The industrial environment in State shall prepare for challenges inherent to changing times. A comprehensive policy has been formulated, one that will attract investments, foster innovative ideas and create a sustainable industrial environment.
Permanent Tittle Deed
It was decided to grant permanent tittle deed to residents on 28 acres of land in Mozhari village of Kannur’s Thaliparambu, who were in 1958 issued temporary tittle deeds. The tittles are being issued under Rsule 21(21) of Municipal Corporation Land Rules of 1995, taking the case pertaining to land in Municipal limits as special case.
Retired Judges To Fill Vacancies
Retired Judges would be allowed to fill the vacancies existing iat Family Courts Judges. A. Harris (Vadakara), KR. Madhukumar (Neiyatinkara), E. C Harigovindan (Ottapalam), KS Sarath Chandran (Kunnamkulam) and VN Vijayakumar (Kasargod) are being appointed in this regard.
Govt. Pleader
The Cabinet meeting also decided to appoint KN Jayakumar as Government Pleader and Public Prosecutor in Kozhikode .
