Thiruvananthapuram : The first of sector wise assessment meetings chaired by Chief Minister begins in Thiruvananthapuram. The assessment, aimed to reach governance gains to wider spectrum of the public and accomplish project completions in time, is being attended by State’s ministers and high-ranking officials.
The congregation today is first of the four regional assessment meetings slated across districts. The meetings will also take stock of problems faced within districts and arrive at measures to resolve them.
The meeting today venued at Jimmy George Indoor stadium and will conduct sector wise evaluations for Thiruvananthapuram, Kollam and Pathanamthitta districts.
Major projects will be reviewed until 1:30 pm after which, a meeting that includes police officers will be held 3:30 to 5 pm for overview of law and order situation in the State. .
