Thiruvananthapuram : The IMD has forecast widespread rains for the day in Kerala. Six districts have issued Yellow Alert - Idukki, Malappuram, Kozhikode, Wayanad, Kannur and Kasaragod. The rain warning comes in the likelihood of a new low pressure buildup and three cyclonic circulation over Bay of Bengal.
The depression is predicted to form over Northwest Bay of Bengal and its mid near Odisha - Andhra Pradesh Coast by Monday.
