High Court Blocks CAG Audit on Kannur Airport

KOCHI : The High Court today issued a stay on CAG audit at Kannur Airport.

The order came on a petition filed by Kannur International Airport Ltd(KIAL).

The Centre seeks to impose CAG audit on the venture, a move opposed by Kerala govt to preserve funds for the state.

Senior advocate P Gopinath appeared for the govt.
