Kochi : The High Court on Friday quashed Governor’s order of suspending decisions of KTU. The ruling came on petition filed by IB. Sateesh MLA.
The Syndicate and Board of Governors had formed a special committee to re-examine the newly formed sub-committee and also to look into the employee transfes effected by the VC. Additionally, the Governor also blocked Syndicate decision to have all letters from VC to the Governor to be first vetted by it.
