Kochi : The High Court on Thursday upheld appointment of six members to Syndicate at Technical University. Former MP P.K. Biju is among those whose appointment has been endorsed as proper by the High Court.
The High Court in its ruling dismissed petition challenging their appointments which the petitioner said had come through an Ordinance passed only two years later by the Assembly.
