Thiruvananthapuram The Vigilance clarified it will not only look up properties and wealth belonging to KPCC president’s wife but will also look up into income, finances and assets pertaining to K Sudhakaran himself. The probe into finances is being initiated based on a complaint Vigilance received on 2021 fundraising for acquisition of Katachira Schoo.
The Vigilance Kozhikode unit is conducting the investigations. As first step, they sent a Notice to principal of Katachira School in Kannur, seeking salary details of Sudhakaran’s wife Smita who works their as teacher.
The investigations are not new. Rather they began in 2021, said Commissioner Abdul Razak leading the probe.
