Kottayam : LDF candidate Jaick C Thomas filed nomination papers for upcoming byelection in the Puthupally. He filed three sets of papers before the Kottayam RDO.
Jaick left CPI(M) District Committee office in a demonstration and arrived at RDO office in town, accompanied by state and district leaders apart from Party workers.
CPI(M) State Secretary MV Govindan will inaugurate Mandala convention scheduled 4 am today that will also see presence of State Committee leaders.
