K Hemalatha is the New CITU President, Tapan Sen General Secretary

Shyamal Chakraborty Nagar(Bengaluru) : CITU elected K Hemalatha as its All India President and Tapan Sen as General Secretary. The 17th CITU All India Conference held in Bengaluru elected the new office bearers. M Saibabu is the new treasurer. A 425-member General Council  also has been elected. There are 178 as members in the new General Council.

The conference also elected Basudev Acharya and JS Majumdar as Permanent Invitees.
