Bengaluru : Chief Minister BS Yediyurappa announced a 2-week total lockdown for Karnataka in the wake of huge surges witnessed around the state. The decision came about in a meeting convened of ministers in the state.
Lockdown begins tomorrow. One may go outdoors between 6 – 10 am for essentials after which all shops shall remain closed. Work in agriculture and construction sector shall not be affected. No public transport will be allowed.
