Hospitalisation : There currently are a total of 4802 active covid cases, of which only 10%, owing to need for added care, are being treated at hospitals.
Testing : 21,229 samples were tested in the past 24 hours.
Deaths : There were 02 covid deaths confirmed during the day, plus 64 fatalities were reported by SC ruling appeal count, taking the death toll so far to 67,550.

Contact cases: There were 525 contact cases today of which source of infection to 25 were unknown.

Quarantine: A total of 17,541 people are under observation currently of whom, 469 remain quarantined various hospitals and the remaining 15,996 are being monitored in their homes/institutions. 79 people were newly admitted into hospitals during the day.
