Hospitalisation : There currently are a total of 4051 active covid cases, of which only 12% owing to need for added care, are being treated at hospitals.
Testing : 16,883 samples were tested in the past 24 hours.
Deaths : There were no covid deaths confirmed during the day, however, 138 fatalities were reported by SC ruling appeal count, taking the death toll so far to 67,772.

Contact cases: There were 462 contact cases today of which source of infection to 26 were unknown.

Quarantine: A total of 14,838 people are under observation currently of whom, 426 remain quarantined various hospitals and the remaining 14,412 are being monitored in their homes/institutions. 71 people were newly admitted into hospitals during the day.
