Hospitalisation : There currently are a total of 3555 active covid cases, of which only 10.7%, owing to need for added care, are being treated at hospitals.
Testing : 17,846 samples were tested in the past 24 hours.
Deaths : There were no covid deaths confirmed during the day, however, 16 fatalities were reported by SC ruling appeal count, taking the death toll so far to 67,844.

Contact cases: There were 358 contact cases today of which source of infection to 35 were unknown.

Quarantine: A total of 13,569 people are under observation currently of whom, 310 remain quarantined various hospitals and the remaining 13,259 are being monitored in their homes/institutions. 55 people were newly admitted into hospitals during the day.
