Thrissur : The young woman enterprenur hacked last night in Kodungallur has died. The victim, Rincy, was returning with her child from the textile shop she ran in town, when she was ambushed in the dark by her former staff, Riyas.
The incident took place at 7.30 pm Thursday. Rincy suffered grievous cuts to her face and was rushed to the hospital. She died this morning.
Meanwhile, police have stepped up hunt for culprit who went into hiding soon after the crime. The motive is not immediately clear.
