Kollam : A Kollam native was hacked to death by his neighbour, a case the police believe stems from revenge on personal issues. The deceased is Maruthanpally native Nilijan(44). The suspect, Sethuraj, is absconding.
The incident took place 8.30 pm night on Sunday.
