Thiruvananthapuram : Usha Veerendra Kumar, the wife of former Union Minster and Janata Dal senior Late Veerendra Kumar passed away aged 82. The end came at a private hospital in Kozhikode early this morning.
Usha was director board member of Mathrubhumi. She is survived by three daughters MV Asha, MV Nisha , MV Jayalakshmi and son MV Shreyams Kumar, former Rajya Sabha MP and current Managing Director of Mathrubhumi.
