Kochi : League will secure BJP votes in Assembly elections, the Muslim League General Secretary PMA Salam is heard saying in a leaked voice clip. The dialogue pertains to poll days of 2021. To secure such votes, he’s prepared to speak with BJP directly, says Salam in the recording.
The clip points to the underhand alignment forged between the two parties. It also underscore vote deals the Congress and League entered into with BJP. League’s All India Secretary PK Kunjalikutty had proclaimed during polls that CPI(M) is League’s major enemy, The party leaders have so far declined to comment on the clip content.
