Though with constraints, the government has done all it can to make Onam a lively one, ensuring wellbeing ranging from distribution of welfare pensions, and civil supplies in plenty and reining in prices to keep it fair. There’s a slogan this govt kept up through crises “The Government Is With You”. Let me repeat that at festival time too “The Government Is With You” ‘, said CM in his Onam message to all.
