Kottayam : Kottayam : Kerala will experience widespread rains up to the 21st with downpours accompanied by thunder and lightning in isolation at places, according to latest forecast from the IMD. Very severe rains are likely on the 20th , estimates IMD.
There could be low-pressure buildup over seas at northern Andaman. The storm is likely to travel toward west, north-south direction and reach north of Bay of Bengal. As the depression strengthen, it is expected to precipitate widespread rains, said the IMD.
