Dubai : The lucky winner of Kerala Onam Bumper lottery has been reportedly identified. Saithathalav Alavi, a Wayanad native from Panamaram, working at a hotel in Dubai has informed of his claim.
The lottery purchase was made through his friend from Meenakshy lottery in Tripurnitara, Saithathalav told reporters, adding that his son long with relatives, will arrive at the lottery office with the bumper ticket.
