Kochi: Actor-director Major Ravi criticised state BJP leaders vehemently saying 90 percent of the lot were untrustworthy. “What do I gain?” is sole motto with each of them, said the Major.
According to reports, Major Ravi expressed unwillingness to contest polls at instance of local BJP leaders. Maj. Ravi also made it known that he will not speak at election campaign for BJP at any venue in the state this time around.
BJP leaders remain unconcerned about lives in the lower rungs of the society and are instead engaged in group fights to crumble the party, he said. They only know walk about putting airs nearly all BJP leaders have made politics their livelihood, he added.
Major Ravi’s scathing criticism of the saffrons comes at a time when Assembly elections are at threshold for the state.
